I Am Sharing With You

Alright....

This page is for me to share some of the techniques that I know can improve our energy level and strengthen our mind settings.

1. Enlarge your energy..

First, make sure you are on meditation posture.. close your eyes, watch your breathing, then start to visualise that your body emits strong white glowing light.. Make it bigger, as big as you can... The bigger is the better..

2. Let me share something which I did not share earlier.

Our mind transmits signals every second to the universe. Whatever we have in our mind, will be transmitted wholly to the universe. For example, if we are in good mood, the good mood factor will be transmitted to the universe and received by many people whether they know it or not.

In 'How To Be on Time for a Meeting' I did not elaborate. And here, I will tell you what happens after you set your mind that you will be able to reach your destination you wish on time.

After you set your mind confidently, the signals will be transmitted to the universe and received by many people. So what happens? Magically, your idea of getting to your destination will be transmitted to people on the road; magically too, the people on the road subconscioulsy will allow you a clear journey to your destination. But, before it can happens, your mind will receive signals from the universe, which route you should take.

Hence, you reach your destination on time.

Some of the times, I put the theory on practice. Say, I am from Kuala Lumpur driving back to Batu Pahat. Say, I want to reach home by 9.00 pm sharp.... I set it concretely in my mind and just drive. There is no need for me to check with my speedometer or my watch, and to best of my memory, I never fail to reach home right on the dot. 9 pm.

Do it, and don't try, Just do it.

3. I extend my thanks to my team Amirah, Zack, Hisham and Hafizi for making a 4 day seminar Celik Usahawan - Modul Power of Dreams a success. This seminar is funded and organised by Jabatan Pengajian Politeknik with the intention to enlarge the number of businessmen in Malaysia. Initially, 5 politeknik were supposed to attend, but on the day, we were informed that only 3 were coming and the balance of 2 couldnt make it citing last minute invitation as reason. I guess, somebody is not carrying the duty well. The seminar began on the 18th Sept 2012 and ended on the 21st of September and held at Kolej Keda, Sik, Kedah. About 55 students attended and left the seminar in a very positive mode.

4. I am touching on one metaphysical aspect of life, happiness.

One cancer patient survived and as matter of fact she was confirmed free of any cancer threat after focusing on her being fully healthy and followed a strict happy life to rejuvenate her body cells. After three months of practising her new life style, she got her health back. Of course, she knew how to use her subconscious mind.

Being healthy and wealthy is about you understand your life. I would say being happy, is one of key factors to achieve the two. It is understood, when you fall ill, you will generate negative energy and unfortunately the energy is trapped and collected in your body, resulting in you being more ill. Once you mingle with healthy person (positive energy) transfer of energy happens. Your negative energy is exchanged with the positive energy resulting in you become healthier. So, being happy will generate positive energy, and what more if you mix with healthy people. Your positive energy will become stronger suppressing your negative enery.

So, how wealth also relies on happiness? If you generate positive energy, you will become more confident and your positive aura will attract people to you. When people start to be attracted to you, so does your wealth, because everyone will bring wealth and opportunity to you, subconsciously.

In short, get rid of your negative energy, produce more positive energy and start keeping healthy and become wealthy.

5. Power of Dreams is a one day seminar developed by McOren Business Solutions to assist people to understand and to apply the power of our subsconcious mind. Having said that the content of this seminar touches only on how do we use our mind to get whatever we want hence the title of Power of Dreams.

Mind Power or Subsconcious Mind or whatever terms that people use, is very broad subject, as broad as our universe.

The seminar will teach participant to understand how our body emit signals, how we can read signals, the basic understanding of brainwave, how to get rid the negatives from our mind, how to reset our mind, how to be firm with what we want, how to send our signal to other people, and what are the steps to be practised in getting whatever we want.

Just imagine, whatever wishes you have in your mind, you can make it come true. It is that simple, but to make it simple, first you need to understand how it can happen. You might ask what has Power of Dreams done to me?

I have gotten my first office free of charge equipped with furnitures, my present office is damn cheap and furnished, my mind is stable, and I have three mega things coming towards me right now as I am writing this articles.

No, am not going to tell you on the three mega things, I want them to keep coming until it completes.

If you happen to know my participants, ask them what they have gotten using the techniques. Alright, ask UTHM students who are under Techno Entrepreneur Centre. O ye, one of them got what she wants during the seminar! Wonderful eh?

6. The 'power' of your mind also depends on how you feed your brain with oxygen. The more oxygen you feed to your brain, the stronger its signal be.

Practise this. Three steps breathing, inhale for 6 seconds, hold for 6 seconds and exhale through your mouth for another 6 seconds. Do it 11 rounds, it can be done every day.

You can sense that your signal is stronger.

7. How do we use our mind to treat ourselves?

But frankly, I am not sharing with you complicated techniques, but simple one.

By chance when you fall ill, before you go to sleep, do this:

a. Call your own full name
b. Instruct yourself to recover fully the next morning
c. Be confident
d. Go to sleep.

And go to sleep. Oh ye, do it when you are already lying down.

You want the complicated techniques? Well, I am not sharing as yet.

8. Frankly, I don't know why I put the title as above.

But, I want to share a technique which I have used for many years pertainining to travelling to a place and still be on time regardless of obstacles we have during the journey. I found this technique in 1996 or may be ealier.

I wanted to reach Cangkat Bukit Bintang by 8 pm, but I knew that the timing was not right. It was raining and after office hours and I was driving from Shah Alam. I also know that in normal circumstances I couldn't reach Cangkat Bukit Bintang by 8 pm. But I was determined to get there by 8 pm.

What I did was simple. I drove calmly and set in my mind that I would reach the place by 8pm, and reach there on the dot I did.

I tried again for many times, and I still get the same result.

How can you do the same?

Simple, if you feel that you may have problems in getting to your destination on time, what you need to do is, be calm, tell yourself confidently that you will reach your destinantion on time. Do it confidently and calmly, and just drive.

The basic point is you must be confident. Alright, but give yourself a reasonable time. Can't expect that you reach KL in 5 minutes if you drive from Klang, can you?

But if you still need to reach KL in 5 minutes from Klang, you need a super power.... Super Gaban Power.

9. We have to type of minds:

1. Conscious mind
2. Subconscious mind

Subconscious mind is basically our CPU. It can be set and reset according to our surroundings. As a matter of fact, we ourselves can reset our subconscious mind.If we learn Neuro Lingustic Programming, there are a few patterns that we can use to reset our subconscious mind. We are not going into details here but suffice to say, there are many methods that we can use to reset our subconscious mind.
